IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE STAGE CREW FOR THE MIDDLE SCHOOL PLAY, COME TO AN ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3RD.  MEET OUTSIDE MR. WIENER'S OFFICE BY 2:10. PLAN TO STAY UNTIL 3:00.

The Seventh Grade Readers' Lunch Bunch will be meeting 7th period on Tuesday December 2nd in the library computer lab. Please see Mrs. Minikel if you are interested in participating.  You'll get to eat your lunch in the library and discuss your favorite books!

 

Advertising Club will meet on Monday’s at 2:05 in Room 114. Together we will create posters for school and community events... while eating delicious snacks, of course. All are welcome. Mrs. Riccuiti is looking forward to seeing you this afternoon."

"Chinese Culture Club is back! We will be making some arts and crafts relating Chinese culture with American ones for the next few meetings! Come join us with your art skills in Rm 222 on Wednesdays!"

COMPUTER CLUB: will meet on Wednesdays in room 121 from 2:05 – 3:05 with Mr. Pagliari.

COMMUNITY SERVICE LEARNING CLUB: will meet on Wednesdays in room 215 with Ms. Panayiotou.

The Create-a-Game Club will be offered on Wednesdays in Room 104 from 2:05-3:05. Have fun playing board games and computer games or creating some of your own! Snacks will be provided!

French Club with Madame Mueller will meet on Mondays in room 110.  Come experience French culture and have fun. There will be snacks!

Games club with Mrs. Clemente will meet on Thursday’s in room 105 from 2:05-3:05. Bring a friend or meet a new one while playing various games. All are welcome.

HOMEWORK CLUB with Mrs. Bolton will meet on Thursday’s in room 116. Come by for snacks and homework help and a quiet place to relax after school. SEE YOU THERE.  :-) 2:10-3:10

Jayhawk Newspaper Club – Extra, Extra, Read All About It! – The Jayhawk Newspaper Club Thursdays after school in Room 205. We are looking for writers, reporters, artists, poll takers, photographers, and more. Refreshments are served! Please see Mrs. O’Brien or Mrs. Welsh if you have any questions.

The KUNG FU CLUB will meet on WEDNESDAYS in the lobby outside the entrance to the boy’s locker room. See Mr. Pekor for details!!!

MATHLETES – for 7th graders with Ms. Panayiotou - practice on Thursdays will be in room 215, and the next competition is scheduled for Tuesday, December 16th.

MATHLETES II - All 8th graders who are up for the challenge, come on Wednesday‘s to Room 219 at 2:15. The next contest will be on Tuesday, December 16th.

MATH OLYMPIADS - If you are a 6th grader interested in working on some challenging math problems and participating in competitions, come to an informational meeting on Thursday’s in room 104.

Peer to Peer Tutoring Club Calling all tutors!  If you are a student who likes to help others while earning community service hours this is the perfect club for you. Please come to room 115 after school on Friday for an informational meeting about becoming a tutor.  If you are a student who would like to be tutored please give Ms. Diehl or Mrs. Schisgall your name and the subjects you would like help with.

SPANISH CLUB - will meet on Friday in room 220 right after school. Come and participate in fun activities as you learn more about the Spanish language and culture. You do not need to know any Spanish - all are welcome! Any questions see Ms. Vidal. Snacks and refreshments will be served. Hasta pronto!

Strategy games club will meet on Friday at 2:15 in room 223. Come and enjoy games, snacks, and refreshments!
